Moving the blog

I have decided to move this blog over to Wordpress' site for a while. Blogger is good to me but it seems that the trend it Wordpress so I guess I will give it a go and see. If you follow this blog using my Feedburner feed, then you don't have to do anything. I am going to change it to the wordpress feed today. If you don't or don't know which one you follow, you can go to and sign up there for the feedburner feed.

All of my post are already over on the Wordpress blog except for this one. I am not going to move it. I will move the feed later today after this post gets posted. I want to make sure everyone knows that it is moving. :)

Diet and exercise update

Well I guess I will start updating some on my diet and exercise on here. For the last couple of weeks I have been trying to watch what I eat a little better. I am going to try this week and go over and sign up for the wellness center on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University, where I went to school. I found out I get an alumni discount there :)

They open at 6 in the morning so I will be able to go over and use the center before going in to work. I need to go over and look the place over one good time before I drop the money down :)

I have also ran across a website called where I can log my progress on my eating and also my exercise. It has a lot of features including journals, blogs and forums. I have only scratched the surface of what they offer so I still have a lot to look through.

Anyway, that is where I stand for now. More to come. :)
