Blogger removed from baseball game

Is this where the law can't keep up with advances in technology? A sports writer was ejected from a NCAA baseball game in Louisville for blogging about the game. Now the NCAA has laws in place to keep the rights of the game in check. For example during the NCAA basketball tournament, when games are in progress, no television studio is allowed to have a camera up and running inside the arena. Keep in mind in the baseball game instance that the game was held on state grounds. As the article here says, First Amendment anyone? You can read the New York Times article about it also.
